Frequently Asked Questions

What is vegetation management?

Vegetation management involves the control and maintenance of plants, trees, and undergrowth in areas that pose fire risks, hinder access, or create visibility issues. It is often a compliance requirement for properties near bushland, roads, or rail corridors.

Who is responsible for maintaining fire trails?

In most cases, property owners are responsible for maintaining fire trails on or adjacent to their land. The RFS may inspect or use these trails during emergencies, so keeping them clear is essential for safety and compliance.

How often should vegetation be cleared?

This depends on the location and local growth conditions. Fast-growing weeds and grasses near bushland or roads may require quarterly or seasonal clearing to remain compliant and reduce fire risk.

Do you offer vegetation management for council or commercial tenders?

Yes. We regularly work with councils, government agencies, developers, and commercial clients. Our team is equipped to handle both small-scale and large-scale vegetation clearance projects.

What happens to the green waste?

All vegetation and debris are removed from the site and disposed of responsibly. Where possible, we mulch and recycle green waste to reduce environmental impact.
